John G. Frykman - Great product but no excuse for charging extra for a cord!
I bought this because a new counter top and under mounted sink reduced the distance between the sink drain and the wall opening for the drain. This disposal gave me an additional inch to work with, and although it barely worked, it DID work. That inch was critical. The good part was that I junked a working disposal that was under powered and over loud. This 3/4 hp disposal is ultra quiet, and will grind anything a rational person would put in it with ease, and very, very quietly. I would have given it 4 stars, but there is really no excuse for not shipping it with a cord already attached. The vast majority of people have that kind of connection. The cost of a Chinese (that's where the disposal is manufactured) power cord would be pennies. This is an artificial way of pricing the machine that is almost fraudulent, as most people will have to plunk down $12 more to make it operable. Far cheaper disposals have the power cord attached. All my other kitchen appliances came with cords with the exception of the dishwasher, where electric codes sometimes dictate wiring via a nonmetallic cable, or armored cable, came with cords!
Phazie - Outlook 2010 - No advantage to previous outlook.
Outlook is a great email program. Unfortunately, 2010 is difficult to set up with some service providers. I can't say that it is a problem with Microsoft or the provider but since I have had 2 different providers, it would seem that it is in the software from Microsoft. Still, I like this software since it is easier to use than other web-based email programs. Being able to have a contact list with details and notes is a plus. Three stars because of difficulty in getting it to work initially and because of the cost to purchase when the added features do not add any advantage in using the program.
kaitlynn - easy read check registers
Great product. As one person stated, using more registers than checks, so need more on hand! The easy to read or large print is even nicer, especially when I hate to wear my glasses.
grammyshere - ..."ya lives by da sun and ya dies by da sun." Old man Percy said.
After the solar flare shuts down the world around them, Colton, Madison and Alex are forced to bug out to their new home as the tension builds in Bobby Akart's newest Blackout book. It seems like around every corner, a new situation happens that slows them down.
John In TX - Perfect for cloning a laptop drive.
Purchased to clone a Dell XPS M1210 Windows Vista laptop hard drive onto a bigger one. Cloning the drive was incredibly simple:
Chris Howe - Exactly what I wanted
After searching all over and not finding what I wanted to replace my old check register, I found this product and since there was 3 of them, I won't have to worry about running out of space in my register anytime soon!
